An update regarding 2026 travel dates, exciting news & more...

Being a new kid on the block means you have to take a lot of chances, and they may not land. Still finding my creative style as a photographer, I have been having to put myself out there a lot more than I usually would in any other life scenario. Trying to find folx to collaborate with at first can be really awkward. Even as a previous model for 10+ years, entering the world as a photographer was/is a whole different game. If you don't have enough work to show, it can be hard to convince anyone you're worth collaborating with. I was grateful to connect with Janessa and Isabelle through the Instagram modeling & photography network, developing a very natural friendship with them both as well as feeling similarly inspired in style as well as concepts. We finally decided it was worth setting aside time for a weekend to create together, and that magical moment happened this month. But first-- exciting and new things to share!
I announced -NEW- travel dates for this year! California-- I'm looking at you!!!!

It has become a part of my journey as a photographer to work with different communities and as I grow as an artist, uplift others with that growth as well. I made a part of my goals for Sage & Shutter in 2026 that the focus would be on serving the community-- helping other businesses, other creators, however I could. Whether with my own skills or helping them move into the spotlight sharing them on my own platforms. I opened myself to unique types of trades this year, and it has only served me well.
*If you are interested in collaborating, please feel free to reach out via email or submission form on sageandshutter.com !
On the same topic of exciting news, meeting and working with Janessa and Isabelle was a weekend of absolute fun and creative dreams coming true. We were able to plan multiple shoots (that I need to finish editing, LOL!) with multiple creative concepts, and with our creative passion and luck, we were able to... GET PUBLISHED!!!
It is an honor that one of our images from the Mob Wives Creative Shoot was chosen for Lybell Magazine, Issue 242 (Boudoir). This is my first publication as a photographer, and an equally exciting opportunity for both of the wonderful multi-published models I had the fortune of working with. They believed in me so fiercly and worked their bottoms off with me to create this beautiful concept.

I am immensley proud and excited to be able to call myself now, officially, a published photographer!
Want to buy the issue? Here's how!
LYBELL MAGAZINE, ISSUE 242 (BOUDOIR) $50
Without spilling all the beans-- this is just the beginning of a truly exciting year. I have been given some AMAZING opportunities this year and I hold them near and dear to my heart. I can't wait to keep serving the community, to keep creating, and to make some unforgettable art and memories together!
Don't see your city on my travel dates? DONT WORRY!!! I am gradually adding more cities as more people request them/they become more high demand! Reach out to me and let me know you want me to come visit a town near you!
Stay tuned for more shoots with Janessa from our visit in Bend, OR!
Til next time!
